South African Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse, believe that a combination of professional theraphy, counselling and peer support is the best route totake for your journey to recovery. However, with limited available resourses in Africa and that fast distance between towns, we have found these manuals to very very helpful to survivors. They are not a substitute professional theraphy but they will assist you in your healing process.
